Founder & Tax AccountantBrittany Howard is the founder and principal of Victory Business Solutions, a leading Minneapolis-based accounting and tax advisory firm known for empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening small businesses, and building financial confidence across the Twin Cities. As an IRS Enrolled Agent with degrees in Accounting and Organizational Administrationfrom Metropolitan State University, Brittany combines technical expertise with a mission-driven approach to community and economic development. She is currently advancing her tax expertise through the Master of Business Taxation program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience supporting small businesses, S-Corp owners, and nonprofit leaders, Brittany has built a reputation for making complex tax and financial topics clear, accessible, and strategic. Victory Business Solutions offers comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll administration, S-Corp compliance, advisory services, and tax preparation — and under Brittany’s leadership, the firm continues to expand its impact through educational programs, financial-literacy initiatives, and community partnerships.
Brittany’s work has been recognized across Minnesota. She has been featured as a panelist, speaker, and advisor for local business events and has earned honors such as Minneapolis–St. Paul Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and recognition from regional economic-development organizations for her community leadership and advocacy for small business owners.
Deeply rooted in the community she serves, Brittany currently sits on multiple boards and committees, including the Lake Street Council Board of Directors, where she helps guide development and recovery efforts for one of Minneapolis’s most culturally significant corridors, and the MCCD Loan Committee, where she contributes her financial expertise to support local businesses and mission-driven projects.

AccountantValeria has been with Victory for four years and is the backbone of our accounting department. Known for her accuracy, consistency, and calm approach, she ensures every client’s books are organized, up-to-date, and ready for smart decision-making. Valeria manages monthly reconciliations, financial reports, and day-to-day bookkeeping workflows, bringing a level of care and precision that our clients trust and rely on.

She supports Victory’s bookkeeping, payroll, and tax workflows with consistency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to detail. From reconciliations to workpaper prep, Aitong approaches every task with professionalism and a genuine drive to grow in the field.
